POSI-HEX PLUNGERS
Vlier
The Posi-Hex plunger incorporates a design which allows for easy installation and removal using a hex wrench. The hex plug cannot break loose upon installation or removal ensuring that the plunger assembly cannot come apart under critical applications. Because of its abiltiy to withstand high torque, the Posi-Hex is recommended for use in applications which require a spring plunger with a nylon locking element.
STANDARD

 Spring forces are accurate, uniform and dependable. Large bearing surface on plunger prevents binding, assures perfect alignment of the plunger at any extension. Steel bodies have a black oxide finish and case hardened nose.

SILVERNOSE

 Zinc plated plunger noses identify Vlier Silvernose spring loaded devices as having light end forces. Special springs were developed for fast, repetitive operations...designed to flex thousands of times. Steel bodies have a black oxide finish and a case hardened nose.
