Knurled Knob Hand-Retractable
Plungers - Non Locking
 Vlier hand retractable spring loaded devices permit the plunger to be fully withdrawn and re-engaged easily. Will not lock in the fully retracted position. Large, case hardened plunger bearing surfaces permit greater side loading, and a slight taper on the end of the plunger assures easy alignment. They are used in original equipment and machining applications as positioners, locating pins, indexing devices, etc.
Built-in drive tangs provide rapid installation and adjustment-the knurled head contains screwdriver-like protrusions which engage slots in the plunger body and turn it until the plunger is in the desired position. The plungers are available with nylon locking patches. These hand retractable are zinc plated, gold iridite finish.

Vlier Knurled Knob locking retractable plunger
 Vlier Knurled Knob Steel/Locking Plungers provide a retractable pllunger that locks in the retracted position and can be easily withdrawn and reengaged. Large hardened bearing surfaces permit greater side loading. Slight end taper for easy alignment. Tough steel body and spring. Zinc gold chromate finish.
Knurled knob locking plungers in stainless steel offer the added benefit of an all stainless steel design for maximum protection against rust and corrosion.
