VLIER Levelers are available in two basic models-Stud or Socket. Socket Models feature a threaded stud with integrally machined and hardened ball for superior strength and rigidity.
For applications with an existing stud installation, socket models offer base and socket with internal thread and nut. |
Vlier Original Stud lengths range from 1.0 to 4.25 inches. For applications which require additional clearance, Extended Stud lengths range from 2.0 to 8.0 inches.
Vlier Econolinetm Stud lengths range from 1.25 to 2.0 inches. For applications which require additional clearance, Extended Stud lengths range from 2.5 to 4.0 inches. |

Steel is the material of choice for VLIER Levelers. Steel offers a tough, dependable leveler at a lower cost than stainless steel. Case Hardening of integrally machined ball on stud provides superior strength.
Stainless steel is the premium material for Vlier Levelers. Stainless Steel is non-corrosive and non-absorptive, making it ideal for industries where equipment is routinely cleaned with strong chemical agents to meet rigorous hygienic standards-i.e. food, beverage, dairy, chemical, pharmaceuticial etc. |
For applications requiring a more sensitive leveling adjustment, VLIER offers Original Stud Levelers with Extra Fine threads.
VLIER Original Levelers both Stud and Socket models are available with a 0.125 inch neoprene elastomer bonded to the pad bottom to prevent skidding or creeping.
VLIER Original Steel Levelers come standard zinc plated with gold chromate finish. Black and silver chromate finishes are optional and require a 4 week lead time. |
